I initially gave this product a 1-star review because I genuinely thought it was defective. In fact, I even replaced the first unit through Amazon because it wouldn't start. The replacement behaved exactly the same way.The issue turned out to be the alignment arrows on the bottle and the base. The blender will not start unless these arrows are perfectly aligned. Unfortunately, this is not made obvious during the first-time setup, and the white LED blinking without any clear explanation makes it look like a faulty product.Once I aligned the arrows correctly, the blender worked perfectly. The motor is powerful, the build quality feels premium, and it blends smoothies very well.My only complaint is the user experience. InstaCuppa should include:A bright "ALIGN ▲ WITH ▲ BEFORE FIRST USE" sticker on the bottle.A simple quick-start guide in the box.Better LED indications explaining why the blender won't start.I'm updating my review because the product itself is good, but the onboarding experience is confusing enough that it led me to replace a perfectly functional first unit. Also hire a good Product Manager who can understand the customer's pain points with ease. I resolved this problem using ChatGPT.Tip for new buyers: If the white LED blinks but the motor doesn't run, check that the alignment arrows on the bottle and the base are matched before assuming the blender is defective.
