Best tasting gluten free mix. I have tried everything under the sun to make GF bread and biscuits. Let me tell you, this is where it stops. All of Bob's products are amazing. These werent overly dense, they crumbled like a real biscuit and the flavor was bomb. Instructions are simple and will never go back to anything else.

It made great biscuits for strawberry shortcakes! I haven’t tried the pancakes yet.

Makes amazing buttermilk biscuits and they are gluten free. Like any other buttermilk biscuits, they take a few minutes to make, with the cutting in of the butter and the rolling out the dough, but well worth the effort.

The taste is good. It requires a heck of a lot of butter and buttermilk. I made my own buttermilk. You also have to have a pastry cutter. You have to have a board to work on and a rolling pin. And preferably cookie cutters to make the biscuits. If you’re willing to do that, it taste pretty good .
