I bought this for my living room since I just had a baby, it came in a singular box. I will admit it was very heavy. I had to wait for my husband to lift it but once it was put together, it was very nice. It’s super comfortable it does a full 360 swivel which I love. The massage is just vibration and it’s kind of odd, but I guess to each their own. I haven’t used the heated function yet because it’s summertime in the Carolinas. The padding at the head has compress already, but I also sit in it every day.

Very comfortable and the quality is pretty good on the fabric. It is not too bulky either, so it's perfect for a corner in the room. Only giving three stars because eventually it started creaking when you rock so it is very annoying, especially when rocking a baby to sleep.

I found the recliner boxed and delivered in my driveway. After moving it into our garage we proceeded to unpack it and start assembling it. We found assembling it fairly easy. My wife is 5' 2" and found the recliner fit her very well and was very comfortable. The controls were easy to use. She enjoyed the swivel feature when watching TV. She said the massage and heating was disappointing. I am 5' 10" and about 180 lbs. When I sat in the recliner, it was too short in the leg room. I found it very uncomfortable to sit in. In total I would rate this as a very nice recliner for someone of a smaller stature. As a recliner it does the job, but for using as a massage or heating chair, it leaves a lot to be desired.

My living room is small and was pleased to find this recliner with the smallest footprint demand (more on that later). Even so, the recliner came with several modern design features such as dual cup holders, a full-body featured massage and heat system, 3 recliner positions and ease of engaging and retracting recliner position, with the added feature of the rocker allowing a tilt-forward position for lift-out ease. Update: more use of standing up from chair can be challenging. Having a means to lock the chair from movement would make standing up much easier. The swivel and rocker feature is smooth and pleasing to simply sit and enjoy rocking with the added comfort of the rock having a slight glide feel to it, requiring very little foot movement. The chair came shipped in two boxes, one being the armrests and the other being the rest of the chair, the heaviest box weighing at a bit over 70lbs. Even so, the box was sturdy and even had four punch-out lift holes to allow easy movement inside. My living room is upstairs so I was thankful for the well-designed modular chair component. This allowed me to open the box downstairs and easily move the component pieces upstairs. As to assembly, each component had durable slide tracks affording simple assembly and only the chair base platform requiring simple screw assembly. The only drawback was the massage remote lettering was very hard to reading (dark font on dark background); however, the buttons are clearly printed on the contained installation instructions and within a few minutes of use, they were easily learned. Not having a USB charging port would have been nice but easily accommodated with a portable power pack. One nice thing I found was that the cup holder dimensions were similar to many car cup holders. On a whim, I ordered a car cup holder tray and was jazzed to find that it fits such that now this chair also supports a swivel tray for eating or tablet/laptop use. Finally, I posted an inquiry to the seller and was pleased at the prompt response to resolve this issue. Update 3/1/2025 // This is the 3rd purchase of the same recliner and wanted to note the design changes from the 1st one I purchased. The 1st one's armrests were part of the base sides and the recliner release is similar to a rip cord puller. The latest one's armrests are separate and the recliner release is a pull-out handle. Other than that, they operate and feel the same. The 1st one came in two boxes, which cost more to ship. While making the armrests detachable, they were able to stuff them underneath the base; eliminating the need for 2 boxes. The assembly instructions, while illustrative enough, contain very little written instructions. Also, the labeling of the component armrest are shown having "E" and "F" stickers on the instructions but actually have "L" and "R", presumably meaning Left & Right, they attached using a zipper on one side and Velcro strip on the other. Since there was no identifying label on the side panels, it was not immediately obvious if Left & Right was as one is facing the chair or sitting in it. Just to clarify, it is as if you are sitting in the chair. Also, the easiest way to attach the zipper is to have the armrest positioned with its bottom side up, then complete the zippering process and then fold the armrest tightly over base panel and attach the Velcro strip to the base panel. //

This chair is comfortable! I am sure it would be more if I could actually build it in total! Anybody who says it is easy to put together is crazy! First pulling the material over the side bars was so very difficult. The material is way too short and the zippers are cheap and wouldnt stay together, & had to sew it then zip a little further, repeat many times took hours. Then the armrest zippers wouldn't go together. Ultimately the zippers came off! Next trying to slide the sides of the back was seeming to be impossible, so I quit. Decide to recline it, that is an issue too! It does pull the leg rest out easily but only halfway, you have to push back to fully recline. Then to but leg rest up I had to kick it to fully close. I am 5’4” it is hard to find a recliner that is comfortable for neck and head. It is, that is only reason I will keep it, but I am sure it won't last long, and i am gonna have to purchase velcro to get the arm rest on, and I may never get the back 2 panels on!
