Finally writing a review after two months of continuous use. I wrote a big review but I forgot to press post. Long story short, I moved to US one and half years ago. My skin went crazy. Tried everything. Consistent skin care routine, exercise, water filter, topical treatments but my skin barrier would get irritated. My skin is super dry and sensitive. I researched amd landed on these DIM supplements. Took one for 2 week daily to avoid any side effects. Started taking two everyday and now it has been two months. My skin is feeling the best. I can bear other serums and stuff. No new pimples are forming. Pores are not clogged anymore. Plus if taken at night, it helps with my sleep alot. Worth every penny.

Get the product. If you have hormonal acne or active breakouts this truly helped fixed my acne. You have to take it religiously I did also want to point out I do take other vitamins/ probiotics for my acne but this one changed my active breakouts and made them minimal instantly. I’ve gotten friends on this too and they also are amazed. Wish I would have started taking this years ago

My daughter has been battling crippling acne for a while. I read lots of reviews and this one had so many great experiences so I got it. While her acne is not totally gone, its 90% better than it was. Its been about 6 weeks since shes started it and I am wowed by the results. Helps battle acne from the inside out!

I don’t think it did anything for my skin. I have extremely sensitive skin that is often red and flaky and I’m still trying to find the right product.

After stopping birth control 10 months ago for the first time since my teens(15 years ago), I developed acne for the first time in my life around my mouth, jaw, and back. I also wanted something to try to regulate my hormones after a cold-turkey cutout of hormonal birth control. After 5 weeks of daily use, my acne went away and after 7 weeks I just had my first regular period since my pre birth control days. Buying again.

This is my first time writing a review on a product. I did some research on the best supplements to get to help treat hormonal acne, facial hair and oily skin, and I saw that almost all the recommended ingredients were in this specific supplement. I’m on my third week taking it, and I can honestly say that I have seen real improvements. I’ve probably only got two small pimples since starting these pills and that’s a huge breakthrough coming from where I was previously was. They also help with my PMS symptoms. As for the my oily pores and facial hair, I can’t say that I see major improvements in those areas, but I’ll give it more time to see if there will be a reduction.

I’m 44 and have always had pretty decent skin most of my life. About 6 months ago I started developing horrible acne all over my face that wouldn’t go away no matter what I tried. The first few weeks I didn’t notice any changes and figured it was a scam. At week 3 the acne started to go away. By week four it’s almost entirely gone! This sucks really bad. Not even 2 weeks in, and I lost 12 lbs, acne got disgustingly worse, and I have felt the worst the last couple days, zero Energy. This is not worth the cost nor the pain. Whilst it is different for everybody else, just wanted to share my experience.
