10/10 absolutely recommend!
My daughter has celiacs and is highly allergic to gluten. We found this product a few years ago and have ordered it a few times and we absolutely love it! Yes, it does taste a little different than traditional pancakes but it is so delicious!!!! I eat them and I’m not allergic. I really like these and even prefer them! lol!! 10/10 highly recommend!!!!

Better than “normal” pancakes!
I cannot say enough good things about this mix! It is so hard to find delicious gluten free bakery products and I love how versatile and easy and GOOD this mix is. Simple ingredient list, simple recipes, so easy my kid makes breakfast for us with it regularly! We got it for the waffles, which always come out crispy and light, but tried the pancakes today and WOW! So light and fluffy with crisp edges…I’m ruined for any other pancake! And they are legitimately so good that all the other gluten eating members of my family don’t even care they are gluten free. Highly recommend. Only wish they came in bigger packaging!
