Are these gluten free?

My order contained the cheetos, sea salt lays chips, doritos, white cheddar and sea salt popcorns. All five of these packages have the gluten free label on them.

Why are the bags not labeled gluten free?

Just because something is organic doesn't mean it's gluten free. These are still tortilla chips, not corn chips so I suppose they still contain gluten. You can call 800-352-4477 M-F to confirm. I hope this helps.

How can they call it simply? simply gmo?

They do not contain "artificial " colors, the Doritos as far as I know are the only certified organic non gmo of the varieties
