I really like this cream. This is the cream that heals, soothes, moisturizes, hydrates, nourishes your manhood. Like the title says, if it was possible, I would happily share a before and after photo because this Alpha Male cream is AMAZING. I am in my early 30’s and have dealt with chronic dry skin on the tip and head area of my manhood since I was a child. I’ve also had a few urethral stricture procedures as a teen, so I have dealt with some sensitivity (as in - not super sensitive) throughout my adulthood. No other product comes close to this one in how well - and relatively FAST - it heals the cracked/dry skin. I actually noticed a difference within a DAY! I have been using this product now for 2.5 months and it is super long lasting. I actually tested not using it for a week or two and my junk was still pretty and sparkling and - most importantly - not itchy from dry skin! No one ever tells men that dry skin is a common issue for a lot of us - and even then, I didn’t even realize that products like this existed until a year or two ago! But, having tried many of them, I keep coming back to Alpha Male. Pros: 1.) Repairs dry skin lightning fast 2.) Relieves any dry skin-related issues like itching and it removes redness quick! 3.) It keeps your junk feeling fresh and smelling clean 4.) It has helped me regain some much craved sensitivity on the head and shaft! Cons: None. It helps the problem but I have to use it everyday

I've tried several brands of cream. They all are good in their own way. Some are very slick. This one is not. I have found them all to be good as a moisturizer and appearance enhancer. The fact that they keep the skin soft and supple will make the penis somewhat more sensitive because the skin is not chaffed. The thing I like about this cream is that it thicker than the others I have tried. It coats the penis very nicely then absorbs in without rubbing off. Some of the others are so slick you have to rub forever. That is ok too. It is all in what you like. This however is the thickest of the bunch and absorbs the fastest. It is also priced right. Update: I continue to use this cream and am very pleased with it. It is just as good as the more expensive established cream also sold on Amazon. It makes the skin very soft and just keeps it very healthy looking. It is priced just right too. Update: As I continue to use this cream I have decided it works just as good as the much more expensive brand that has been around for years. I used the more expensive brand for years and found it worked just fine. Then I came across Alpha Male and decided to give it a try, and it was over $10.00 less than the other brand. I found that I liked the consistency of it better. It soaks in faster and leaves the skin extra soft. Within weeks the skin tone is nicer too. Now don't expect it to remove scars or excessively blemished skin but if you have normal skin it brightens the skin and makes it look really nice, a very healthy tone and look. Since this cream works as good as the national brand and I like the consistency better plus it is a much better value I highly recommend it. UPDATE: I have been using this cream for a couple of years now and I am still pleased with it and the results it provides. It makes the skin of a middle age man look like a man in his twenties with nice skin tone and texture. The skin is so soft and supple and a wonderful even skin tone. Dry and rough skin is a thing of the past. Because the skin has no dryness, the sensitivity remains pretty good too. It is not greasy and absorbs pretty fast. For all of these reasons I still recommend this product.

Overall the product works well. I've noticed a significant difference in texture and it really helps soften the foreskin and it's pretty hydrating. Really there's no smell. And it's a pretty thick consistency. I'd give it a better rating if it wasn't for the very cringy name. The name feels like it panders to people with a midlife crisis or people who poor insecure about their manliness so they need to buy a "manly cream." Other than that overall pretty okay.
