I have a salt and pepper mill that I love to keep fresh peppercorns and sea salt in. When it came time to refill it, I wanted to try the rainbow blend of peppercorns and Himalayan sea salt (my preference for white sauces and fish dishes). I was not disappointed. The items arrived in a set, and the peppercorns were very fresh. I used both the season a pasta sauce, and I could definitely tell the difference with the fresh peppercorns I'd ordered versus the lower quality pepper I'd been using. I also like that the label clearly states where the ingredients were sources from. For the size of the bags (12oz peppercorns and 2lbs salt), this is a good value in my book. I would highly recommend.
