what is the inlet and outlet size

The inlet and outlet size is 2.5 inches. However, this does not effect whether it is usable being that most exhaust installation shops can adapt the muffler to fit your vehicle regardless of inlet/outlet size.

Will this fit 2021 Chevrolet Colorado 3.6 liter v6?

It should if you get the length and pipe diameter close to your stock one.
