I make a pretty fantabulous almond flour triple chocolate muffin with cacao powder, that gets inhaled. This black cocoa powder has taken the muffin in to orbit. I will never go back to simple cacao powder for muffins again. Just that slight hint of bitterness made a vital taste improvement. I will experiment with other baked goods as soon as the clamour for more muffins subsides. A little pricy but what isn’t these days?! Mixes in well, and overall is worth the price for the added complexity it brings to baking. This stuff is wasted on Oreos 🤭

Love it! I used it in my protein shake (not baked) and it really adds a nice flavor, a bit like Oreo cookies!

Now that Hershey's no longer makes dark cocoa powder, it's hard to find a good substitute. This one is pricey but delicious - and a little goes a long way. I use it almost daily to make a morning mocha, and a heaping teaspoon is all I need for a blend of one cup coffee and one cup of milk (and a scant teaspoon of stevia). It has a very rich cocoa flavor, without bitterness. Since I use less per serving than I did with Hershey's, I consider it a good buy.
