Perfect and healthy purple color
This made a lovely purple color in the icing for my daughter in law's London Fog cake. It had no weird added taste and I added it directly to the butter as I made the icing. I used a few teaspoons of the powder. There is lots in the jar for many uses. Perfect! The color in the photo looks pink, but it was definitely purple. She loves purple, so it was great.

Perfect color!
Use this product for my baby shower and will be using it for the girls first birthday! I enjoyed using it. It gave a nice soft purple and if you add more food coloring, the color will darken in a bit.

Dye Free Food Coloring
Worked really well! Couldn’t taste it in whipped frosting. The color was great, you can make it darker or lighter by adding or removing the color powder. Super easy to use. I put a couple tablespoons of water in a dish and mixed my powder in it before adding to my frosting.

No
Definitely does not give any purple vibrancy. No matter how much we used, our frosting turned out pastel gray. We tried two different kinds of frostings too. I understand natural food dyes can be different than artificial dyes, but lack of transparency in advertising - or rather false advertising altogether- is disappointing.

Probably my failure.
I used it for a vanilla pudding pie and unfortunately the color didn’t turn out right. Additionally the taste was not the best. The quality is great, I am just not the best baker. The value for money is good as you get a lot!
