I’ve been using this product for 15 years in my gluten-free baking mixes. It’s got great flavor and is a good grind. Bob’s is my go to for gluten-free baking ingredients. I am completely gluten intolerant, and depend heavily on their quality control to provide me with a fully certified gluten-free flour product. This sorghum flour behaves in baked goods the way it ought to especially with regard to moisture uptake.

I'm not a professional reviewer. I really like Bob's products. I use the sorghum flour mixed with Bob's pancake mix all the time. Good stuff. When I saw the sorghum flour was now shipping 24-ounce packages, I order that. The price and size was shown on the page as 1.5-pounds of flour. However, Amazon shipped the 22-ounce packages instead. Bad Amazon. I complained (to the computer), and Amazon made it right for this order. Good Amazon. The product photos and the sales descriptions don't match, and you should watch what you actually receive. Don't complain here; complain to Amazon. They'll fix the problem, and hopefully correct it.

Usually I love Bob's Red Mill products and have used the sorghum flour in the past. I wanted the bulk of flour so I wasn't having to go back to the store so often. Unfortunately what I got was 4 bags of sorghum (like the grain, not the flour) and since it's a food product it couldn't be returned/ replaced 😂 but still love BRM just need to figure out what to do with this massive amount of a grain I've never cooked with lol

My daughter-in-law and grandson needs to have gluten-free foods .I have tried many recipes for gluten free cookies but none really worked. I found a recipe for gluten-free flour that can be used to substitute cup for cup for the real thing using sorghum flour. It was difficult to find sorghum flour where I live, but knowing the reputation Bob's Red Mill products, I ordered some. I got rave reviews from from everyone, even the skeptics! Thank you Bob's Red Mill!
