Gluten free. Incredible ginger taste with small bits of chewy ginger. I've ordered several times. The cookies are super crispy. I love that! This does NOT taste like a box of ginger snaps. Impressive Thin, crispy and very satisfying. The packaging keeps the cookies whole. Not all broken up in pieces
