You can use both! We specifically developed Heavenly Luxe Cream Blush Brush #3 for our blush. You can also use your fingers to lightly tap and apply anywhere you’d like a pop of sun-blushed color

We recommend applying a translucent setting powder like Bye Bye Pores Pressed Setting Powder under this product if you want a glowy finish and over if you want to achieve a matte finish.
