I have been taking this for about 45 days. I had extreme fatigue. So tired I couldn’t hardly stay awake. And I have to say I truly feel better. No stomach issues. It’s like a miracle. Only issue the price! I paid 89 first month. Got it for 69 prime day sell. Wish it would go on sale again. Hoping possibly my Dr can prescribe it. But if you are feeling like I was it’s worth the money if you can afford it. I was tired of being tired. Considering taking 2 months then taking every other day. So it would be half the cost and last 2 months at a time. Just hope the tiredness shortness of breath doesn’t come back.

This iron works! I was not absorbing other oral iron my entire pregnancy, and my anemia was getting worse and worse, to the point of needed iron infusions. My hemoglobin was 8.5 in July. I had one infusion and was severely allergic to it and could not have any more. In desperation, I tried this iron, even though it is expensive… I have been taking it faithfully (on an empty stomach, although it doesn’t say you need to) every morning with orange juice, two hours before coffee… just had labs done yesterday and my hemoglobin is now 10.7 (in less than two months)!

It's great. Anyone has iron deficiency going through menopause or hair loss. It is absorbed into your system not causing you nausea in your gut and not causing you constipation. Great. I feel like a new person

My husband count was very low. He has been on this for three months & it has improved. Only drawback is the cost! $$$$$$$$

My energy is was down terribly and I didn't know why. When I went to my obgyn, I found out after a blood test that my ferritin levels were low. I purchased this iron pill because the reviews were great, and I loved knowing there was a high absorption rate. It did take my body abt 2-3 weeks to adjust ( I felt mild stomach unease) but I can tell you that after about 3 weeks (every other day taking them), I felt like myself again and was up out and about. They are pretty pricey, but they are actually worth it!

I have been iron deficient with no known exact cause for years. I have been to 5 different hematologist over the years, took dozens of forms and types of iron supplements, even had IV iron which i had a terrible reaction to and nothing has increased my levels (except the IV iron- but it was too dangerous and painful to ever do that again and they fell after a year or so again). I have had gastro workspace, endoscopic, colonoscopy, ultrasounds to rule out any bleeding amd everything normal. My ferritin at my worst has been a 2. It has been around a 6 or 7 the past year or so after I just gave up on all supplements. Randomly one day I asked chatgpt about my situation and they recommended this brand as an alternative which is about the only iron I have not tried.....so I spent $180 on the past two months, taking it every day, got my labs retested and my levels have gone DOWN...both my iron and ferritin levels! I dont know how but it did. Ive had supplements not work when I retested but never have I had them go down. Even when I was taking nothing they would stay about the same. I haven't been taking anything else differently. Just a warning for those with super low levels. Didn't work for me at all...in fact it somehow hurt my levels and a waste of a lot of money. I wanted this to work so badly. =(

Ottimo anche se costa abbastanza posso dire che con l'assunzione costante e necessario per quanto serve, i valori del ferro sono rientrati senza disturbare l'intestino. Ottimo sapore e si assume con assoluta facilità senza acqua.

Das erste Eisen-Präparat das keine unangenehmen Nebenwirkungen hat und leicht verdaulich ist und nach drei Monaten deutlich einen Unterschied zeigt im Blutbild beim Eisenwert und Transferrinsättigung. Wurde mir vom Arzt empfohlen, kann ich ne Eisenmangel weiterempfehlen

I struggle taking ferrous sulfate or fumarate , eating or not eating makes me sick out of my mind every time so clearly that’s no benefit. I am anemic and have to take iron very frequently, these have changed my life so far, not once I’ve been sick. I usually get 3 packs (sometimes you get an offer from original price ) and do a 3 months course and then stop and start again when I feel that I need it but for me has been life changing . My anemia got so bad that I was an opened door to infections for like a good 2 months , started taking this and vitamin D as was lacking that too and so much better since and no more infections thankfully

As a celiac, I have boxes and bottles of iron supplements that haven't budged my low iron score during the past four years. SiderAL Folic is the only one that has worked for me. I started taking in June and now up to 20 ferritin, up from 8. These were recommended by a stranger on the train with the same pathology. I owe her one.
