I need the instruction I ont know how to use the oil

For the scalp application, I put a drop on each finger tip and massage sections of my head until I've covered my entire scalp.  I use approximately 30 - 40 drops total.  I do this before bed and in the morning use a boars hair brush to spread the remaining oil down the length of my hair.  I did not buy the oil as a headache remedy, however, I did have a headache one night and it did subside after the application of the oil.  I do not use every night ... maybe 3- 4 times a week.

Can I use this if I have blond hair? I have read that it makes hair dark or black...
