Oh boy- these are wonderful- full nights sleep- effective- easy- no headache -

I think this is a great concept and a lot less invasive than having to take a pill or gummy. I already have to take a lot of things for my health and tend to get uncomfortable putting more supplements into my body directly by mouth. This is great for people who prefer some alternative route to receiving a supplement. Personally, this didn’t help all too much with my sleep HOWEVER I let my coworker have some and he said it worked for him pretty well and had a similar effect to how he gets with his melatonin gummies. I honesty think it’s one of those things you just have to try a few times and it works for some people and not for others. I did notice my sleep quality was slightly improved. I didn’t wake up as much as I usually do. Not sure if that was a result of the patches or just a coincidence. My daily energy level has remained relatively the same. I didn’t notice any kind of scent to the patches. They’re good quality and gentle on the skin so they didn’t hurt to take off and didn’t leave me with any skin irritation after.

Did nothing for me as a life long insomniac. I don't even get anything from prescription medication so maybe I'm the wrong person to ask about melatonin. I've just always been curious, and in THIS form, it def didn't do much. I gave it 2 stars cos it's packaged well, and they're nice quality, seem to have good ingredients-they just didn't work for me. Also, my skin is very sensitive- and this really was a problem to remove. I had some adhesive wipes from a previous Dr visit to assist, and still had irritation and redness. I understand it needs to stay in place, but it's not THAT serious lol Every body is different, so I feel bad convincing anyone NOT to purchase them. I didn't feel anything, but I may be a weird case.. I'll try again tho and update with changes.

A friend told me about them bc I have serious sleep issues and did not want to gonto a prescription. They work great and both extra strength valerian root and Melatonin. Highly recommend them.
