The smell is amazing!!
The Mother-Daughter Perfume Heist: A GODA Review⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars - “Mom, I’m Borrowing This. Forever.”I need to tell you about the great perfume betrayal of 2025.It started innocently enough. I ordered GODA on a whim after seeing it pop up in my feed one too many times. Pheromone perfume? Sure, why not. I’m at that age where I’ll try anything that promises to make me feel remotely interesting again. The bottle arrived on a Tuesday. Sleek little black dropper bottle, very minimalist, very “I have my life together” vibes. I applied 2 drops to my wrists before heading to dinner with friends that evening.Within 20 minutes of arriving, three women surrounded me like I was holding the last bottle of wine at a party.“What is that smell?”“Are you wearing something new?”“You smell incredible—like, I want to follow you around incredible.”I’m not going to lie, I felt like a goddess.Fast forward to Thursday morning. I’m getting ready for work, and I notice my GODA bottle is not on my bathroom counter where I left it. I search everywhere. Nightstand. Makeup bag. Purse. Nothing. Then my 13-year-old daughter walks into the kitchen.I SMELLED IT ON HER.“Ella. Did you take my perfume?”She had the audacity—THE AUDACITY—to look me dead in the eye and say, “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” while literally smelling like a jasmine garden wrapped in mystery and confidence.“That’s MY GODA.”“Mom, relax. I just borrowed it.”Long story short, she wore it to school. All her friends and even a teacher asked what she was wearing and where could they get it.By Friday, I found the bottle in her bathroom. Nearly empty. She looked at me with those big apologetic eyes and said, “Mom, you have to order me one. And maybe order yourself a backup because I’m definitely going to steal yours again.”Here’s the thing: I’m not even mad. Well, I’m a little mad. But mostly I’m impressed that a perfume oil can cause this much family drama over something that costs less than a decent dinner out.The scent itself is absolutely gorgeous—it’s floral without being grandma-ish, sophisticated without being stuffy, and it’s got this warmth that makes you want to keep smelling your own wrist all day like a complete weirdo. The jasmine and rose blend is chef’s kiss, and there’s something slightly spicy underneath that keeps it interesting. And yes, it genuinely lasts ALL DAY. I applied it at 7 AM and could still smell it at 10 PM. The oil formula makes your skin feel smooth and moisturized instead of that dry alcohol-perfume feeling.I’ve now ordered three bottles: one for me, one for my daughter (labeled with her name so she stops committing perfume larceny), and one hidden in my underwear drawer as backup because I don’t trust anyone in this house anymore.Pros:• Actually lives up to the hype• Lasts genuinely all day without reapplication• Only need 2-3 drops (though my daughter apparently needed the whole bottle)• Makes your skin soft while making you smell amazing• Will cause compliments from strangers and perfume theft from family membersCons:• Your daughter will steal it• You’ll become that person who smells their own wrists obsessively• You’ll need to order backups immediately• Might cause friction in mother-daughter relationships (kidding… mostly)Would I recommend? Absolutely. Just maybe lock it up.Verified Purchase.Written by a mother who has learned that sharing is NOT always caring when it comes to amazing perfume.

Sophisticated smell. Love it!
I LOVE IT !UPDATE: The below stands BUT the smell only lasts a few hours, more like 3... What a pitty..Ok, so I almost NEVER buy perfumes without smelling them first because every time I did it I didn't like them and I have no clue why I went for it this time... well actually I did it because of the zillion sponsored adds I've seen in the past month. Girls, YOU MUST try it.This scent is in the middle between fresh , day time and musky, evening. I don't even know how to explain. Is not fresh but it's not heavy either. It literally has flower, citrus and sweet and a very faint trace of oud which I normally hate but in this mix it's amazing. It's all of the above in one. I honestly didn't expect to like it this much. It's a sophisticated fragrance. I highly recommend it!

$34 for a bottle of regret
I bought Goda For Her because I enjoy trying new fragrances. I wasn't looking for a miracle, a magic attraction potion, or the promise that people would suddenly be unable to resist me. I simply wanted a perfume that smelled good.Unfortunately, this was an overpriced reminder that even a reasonable price is too much when the product ends up sitting unused. The advertising creates an image of a beautiful, irresistible scent. The reality, at least for me, was completely different. The packaging itself feels underwhelming. The bottle is very basic, and the dropper seems to have two settings: nothing or "here comes a small flood of perfume oil." It's not a huge deal by itself, but when you're already trying to find just one good thing about a product, those little details start to stand out.The real issue is the scent.I understand fragrance is personal. Everyone's nose is different, and some people may truly love this. however, this did not smell like the fresh, beautiful, feminine fragrance I expected from the descriptions and reviews. The closest comparison I can give is an old farmhouse dresser drawer that has been closed for years-with dried rose petals, dusty potpourri, and flowers that have long since retired from their original purpose. it has a heavy, old-fashioned floral smell that reminds me more of forgotten decorations than a perfume I would want to wear. Not fresh roses. Not clean modern floral. Not the elegant fragrance I expected.Another thing that disappointed me was the longevity. The product claims to last all day. In my experience, it lasted about two hours-which is impressive if the goal was to disappear before anyone had enough time to decide whether they liked it or not. What surprised me most was the difference between the online praise and my actual experience. I noticed several promotional videos where creators clearly disclose that they earn commissions from sales, and I have to admit some of those reviews did not match what I experienced with the product.I even brought it to work because I wondered if maybe I was being too picky. I wasn't the only one who noticed it. People asked what I was wearing, but not in the way you hope someone notices a fragrance. The reaction was more of a confused look and a wrinkled nose, like they were trying to identify a mystery smell.I have bought inexpensive fragrances before that I genuinely enjoyed. I do not need $400 designer bottle to be happy. Ive found great scents for much less money. My expectations for $34 fragrance was simple: open the bottle, enjoy the smell, and want to wear it.That did not happen. This is the first fragrance I have ever purchased that I genuinely do not want to wear again.Maybe this scent is perfect for someone else, and that's the nature of fragrance. But for me, this was not the beautiful, irresistible perfume the marketing suggested, or the glowing reviews led me to expect. The gap between the promotional claims and my actual experience was impossible to ignore. The good news is that sharing my experience costs nothing. The bad news is I already paid $34 to learn this lesson. I just hope my experience helps someone else make a more informed decision before buying it.This was $34 for a bottle of regret.

AMAZING Smell but barely smell it
I do reviews a lot and Amazon always comes through and the customer service as well. I decided to try this scent because I’m a “perfumeaholic” and gravitate to unique and great scents. I sniffed the bottle when I opened it and the smell immediately captivated me -it’s deliciously indescribable!! It’s not too sweet and the subtle hints of musk and vanilla, etc. sneak up on you. The only reason why I gave it three stars is because I could barely smell it when I opened the bottle and even when I put it on. So I mixed it with unscented lotion to see if that would strengthen it and I put a good bit on. I know these have to agree with your body chemistry, but the fact that I could barely smell it when I opened the bottle makes me wonder if there is consistency in production. If there was only some way I could make this wonderful scent last I would give it the highest rating. This is quite pricey for me to have to put so much on to stretch it; would be ideal if only it were more potent. Love, love the scent on me though.

Gorgeous!
First impressions: OH WOWZA, I LOVE THIS. IT IS BEAUTIFUL!Unbelievably feminine and sexy.Warm.Floral to be sure.Subtle ambery mid notes. An ultra faint, low lying whisper of peach, but barely. What you need to know: IT’S A SOLID FLORAL. If you already know you aren’t into florals, then pass on this. Jasmine and magnolia soar off the top of this scent with a touch of rose and peony trailing right behind it.In the middle: I’m picking up golden ambery ribbons that make it sultry and arousing. A kiss of earthy tonka mingling in there. On the bottom and at the end of the smelling experience: I’m getting something ever so *slightly* woodsy alongside creamy powder. (Again, if you aren’t into perfumes with the powder thing going, skip this one. It’s barely there, but it’s there.)Ultimately, it settles into something warm, musky, and delicious, with a gentle peppery note, but it is amazzzzing. They did an exceptional job when they created this. It has romantic stay-in-date-night vibes written all over it. I’m talking: Relaxing on the sofa near a crackling fireplace, sipping on a glass of wine with your significant other, lights down low with flickering candles everywhere, some soft music in the background, and the occasional slow, stolen, lingering kiss. (If you’ve ever seen the Toby Keith heart-melting love song with Heather Locklear in the music video, then you already know the musical version of what this scent smells like.)It is probably one of the longest lasting scents I’ve ever used. I can put it on at 6:00 or 7:00 AM and still detect it on my wrists by bedtime around 10:00 PM. This is a perfume work horse that is in it for the long haul. Of course it has an especially long life on clothes, but that can be said of a lot of perfumes. Has it faded and softened by end of day? Of course, but hey, I have some perfumes that barely make it til lunch. Now as for the somewhat comical ads I’ve seen on social media where males are losing their minds with arousal, grabbing at their female partners like some hormonal teen, because the pheromone reacting scent is so hypnotic and intoxicating that they must have her right now? Nope. Can’t say as I have experienced this, and I’m happily married. Granted my husband has never commented on any perfume I’ve ever worn in 14 years, so maybe he’s just oblivious? My two children tell me I smell pretty though, so there’s that. I wear perfume for *me* though. I’m not really trying to blow anyone away with my glorious scent. I wear the scents I enjoy and I’m a firm believer that less is more. I’m not trying to create some cloud or trail on every elevator or escalator I travel on like Elizabeth Taylor. (Apparently the cloud of White Diamonds perfume that followed her everywhere she went was legendary and would be alarming and bothersome to most people.) One drop or one spray is PLENTY y’all. Even if you can no longer detect it, others still can.I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. It genuinely is fabulous. If the scents that sing out are ones you know you usually like, then this one may be a good candidate for a blind buy.

Nothing Special
I was initially disappointed in this product. The scent is light and does not last long. Also, I am unsure why people say that it smells so good? It think that it smells "Ok" - a light soapy scent, but nothing special and definitely not what I would consider sexy. I wore it for several days to give it a chance. No one seemed to notice it, myself included.***Updated my review after wearing this for a longer period of time -First of all, after my initial review I was contacted by the seller and their customer service is amazing. I decided to keep wearing it and though I still think that the scent could be stronger, I do like it now. The bottle lasts a while but it would be better if it were larger. It is easy to apply and the scent is light and pleasant (though I still think it's sort of clean "soapy" smelling). AND, I don't know if it's purely coincidence, but a friend mentioned that I smelled really good, and my husband suddenly has shown more interest in me recently. I have since purchased more.

Worth the $$ for me anyways!
I had been wanting to try this for awhile now, but didn’t want to spend the money. I am so glad that I finally did because it smells amazing on me. Kinda floral with hints of fruit, barely. Smells soft too. My husband loves it. It’s not overpowering which is great. And after work, I went by my mom‘s and she said I smelled great. What it was I wearing? I was like whoa you can smell that still? So even though I couldn’t smell it on myself she could and said I smelled great. Now she wants a bottle.

DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!!!!!
I give it two stars because it does smell nice. BUT, and there is a huge BUT HERE - this will not attract a man when you walk by them which is what all these social media ads state. YOU CAN BARELY SMELL THIS. Unless you drench yourself in this, and, you cannot because you will become an oil slick - you will only smell it on yourself - or if you just apply it and immediately after your significant other comes to smell your neck will it be noticeable. ALL THE HYPE ON SOCIAL MEDIA IS JUST THAT - ALL HYPE. Again, nice smell but it doesn't last and is VERY WEAK!!!!! I would pass on this. Honestly, I fell for the hype, bought it and now want to return it. You know what smells lovely for the summer? Kayali's Pear fragrance - I get a ton of compliments on this light fragrance THAT LASTS!!!!!

Just a hype. Not worth trying.
