Ok o have been working out with this for a few weeks now and it works great. Im 6'4and it fits me. Hard to find home stuff at a good price that's not small. The only thing I can see is the brace under the seat needs to be longer for support ill probably at a peace of metal to fix that. As long as you keep your knees next to the bar you'll be ok. I added washers in the middle too and lubed them up. Other then that I like it and for the money its perfect for me

Pretty solid piece of equipment.. the assembly directions are poorly written, but pretty straightforward after you get going. Wish it came with a parts list prior to assembling.. I was missing 1 washer on the very last bolt but found one that works in my toolbox, so overall satisfactory!

I was a little concerned when I purchased this because the price made me think that it was probably had the construction of normal all in one home weight benches that have the leg extension curl attachment. But I was pleasantly surprised this is a very good bench well built and heavy duty. You will have to tighten the nuts and bolts a couple of times as you break the bench in. They will stay tight after a few uses and tightening. I’m 6 foot four and the maximum extensions are perfect for both leg extension and curls.

Not perfect but gets the job done.

This item is bigger then what expected the handy man put together had to google instructions there is no instruction in the box. It’s quite a beefy set but well made . The cushion is fabulous just takes up a lot of space in my gym room. But worth the buy.
