OMG - REALLY WORKS WELL - A Must HAVE for Hot Flashs victims :-) I got an amazon bed cooler that had water flowing through the bottom sheet .. OMG was that cold to sleep with. Sadly that popped ... Anyway .. I knew that water was going to be super cold and it is really cold to the touch. The key is to put the car AC on the face and feet. The feet is the fan for the water circulation. So cold. Risk .. if you have a corvett or something low and sporty. Your seat is not going to be high enough off the ground to allow the fan to dangle / get a cross brease front to back to cool the water. This will work best with SUV's. Water is much more effecient carrying cooling energy than air. You will be shocked how well this works. Material is strong and thick. It will be robust but not sure if it could damage leather seats. All the seat cover systems have the same risk .. I don't feel like this will be any worse than anything else offered on the site. You could put a layer of plastic sheet down if your concerned.

Got it in April of 2025 for my daughter who was leaving to study on Phonex, AZ. By the time she was moved and tested the seat, performance was mediocre, bit I never had a chance to experience it myself. Today I was driving her car with the seat turned on to the max... and could feel absolutely nothing. The seat was hot because it was over 100 degrees outside and I was sweating buckets. Much cheaper seat (with fans) is still working in my car and cools to the point of decent relief. This seat, however, is only good to through it away... Do NOT buy!

I really wanted this cushion to work well. I have a dysautonomic dysfunction disorder that prevents my body from handling temperature changes properly, so I sweat a lot, especially on my back. I needed something to put in my minivan that would help keep me cool when the seat was blistering hot during the summer. I purchased this item in hopes that it would fit the bill. Initially, my first impression was that the aluminum cooling block at the bottom was very large. And it was. When I strapped it down to my minivan seat, the heat sink was so large that it hit the back of my legs and was very uncomfortable. Also, the rigidity of the fluid tubing made it very uncomfortable to sit on. That area is also fairly narrow, and centered itself in my back which was uncomfortable. If the temperature in the car was below about 80° fahrenheit, it would start to feel noticeably cool within about 10 to 15 minutes. But if the interior of the car was any hotter than that, and it always was on a summer day, then it would take well over 30 minutes in order to cool off enough to be felt. So I ended up sweating on it more than I would my seat as I waited for it to cool off. I've had better success with more traditional mesh based backrest cushions that simply keep your back off the seat back to allow for more airflow. Also, the power and setting adjustment button being underneath my right leg was awkward, and there were a few times where I accidentally cut the unit off completely without realizing it. I give it two stars for functionality, and comfort. I chose to go with a more traditional fan based airflow back cushion, and have had much better results.

Actually does a great job at cooling the back during racing. I should say it keeps the back cool as if you’re already hot and expect this to cool you down it won’t. It will however keep the temperature down as it raises with long sessions. Solid alternative to the expensive “cooler” seats. Easy connecting and can see using it long term for my rig.

It was good for the first summer but by the second it no longer works.

The cover cools pretty well. It is definitely quieter than the ones with fans, but it does not breathe like the others. Overall it's a wash.

Worked great for a while. Then just stopped working. Used maybe 4 months in 2025 and 3 months in 2026.

Works great. Takes a little bit longer to cool down than other cooling seat covers I've experienced that use fan / cool air only. But because this uses liquid to cool, it wicks away heat from you much more efficiently than the air-only seat covers. Definitely worth the extra $$. My only complaint is the placement of the controls. They are right under your leg. And there’s no raised bump or anything on the two buttons so it’s difficult to turn the cooling on or off or adjust the speed while you’re driving. If they put the controls right in the middle, that would be way better.

It works great but leaks after around 6 months I suspect that people are leaving the seat cover on in the winter and the fluid freezes and then leaks. I'm going to take this apart and see if I can find the issue and a fix.

DO NOT BUY. THIS UNIT LEAKED AFTER ONE SUMMER OF USE! Contacted seller who denied me any replacement or refund. It is in brand new condition. I take care of my stuff. It was not abused or misused. Never again!
