Q: Can a toddler eat these?

They're pretty hard and although they're hollow, they have a crunch with each bite. I worked with toddlers in daycares and we gave them to the two yr olds and some of the one yr olds. It just depends on what your child can eat as far as solid, harder foods. Some of the kids, as gross as this is, sucked on them until they dissolved. They taste great and are a healthy snack.
