Absolutely amazing! Since I’ve started taking these, I’ve ordered two bottles. I have noticed a drastic difference one I’m starting to lose weight again. I have energy and motivation. I’m sleeping through the night. I’m no longer on edge in any time that I feel like my work life or family life has been too stressful. I’m a combat vet and I think I’ve had high cortisol and everything that goes with that for decades. I can take this for up to 10 days and it absolutely helps me fall asleep, some nights sleep longer, and there's a calmness. However, I also can tell it's doing something to my body because around day 10 I start to feel a little down, more tired, kind of depressed. I think it's the ashwagandha which I've noticed I can't tolerate for long on its own. Could just be it's lowering my cortisol so much it's too low. My sister does great on ashwagandha so I just think people need to try it and see how it goes. I do cycle on and off it because honestly up until about 10 days it works pretty well for my sleep.
