I have been dealing with extreme stress for the last two years. Which is caused mental fatigue, inability to sleep through the night, memory, and inability to focus. I have had insomnia for decades, and this supplement has helped a ton. My issue has always been falling asleep, and one tablet (or sometimes two) takes the edge off really well and helps me fall asleep. It hasn’t worked perfectly every time, but 90 percent of the time it does, and I’ll definitely take that. My son and dil recommended it because it also helps them a lot with getting calm and alleviating stress. It’s been a game changer for me.

I have tried several things to help with my health after menopause. I think this is the first thing that has worked. I feel better and on track to loose 20lbs since I started. I am also eating better and working out so it’s more than just the supplements. But I feel like my sugar cravings are gone and it might really help lower cortisol. Glad I tried it!!

Was skeptical at first but was recommended by my doctor. I have seen a difference since using this product. Been on it for about a week. I work overnight so my circadian rhythm is all messed up. I don’t feel swollen anymore after I get off from work. I do feel more relaxed/calm. It’s like I feel more leveled and definitely less anxious. I’ve also noticed a decrease in my food cravings. It does make you a bit sleepy so I would encourage taking it before a nap or bedtime which it states that on the bottle anyway.I did see people notate a headache. I generally have headaches due to other things so I do not want to associate the headaches I have been having with the pill, and also there have been days I’ve taken the pill and did not have a headache at all. The pill for me is not as big per the other reviews, but if you have challenges swallowing pills then maybe this is not for you.

This product was supposed to help me with reducing my hot flashes in conjunction with another product. Prior to using the two products, I averaged 7 hot flashes a day. After two weeks on the two products, I averaged 8.57 hot flash episodes a day; and after four weeks (third and fourth weeks combined) on the two products, I averaged 7.78. I experienced two days at 10 hot flashes a day. My hot flashes were not reduced taking this product (did not reduce below 7 hot flashes a day). This product did help me sleep slightly, but I was also using melatonin gummies and Tylenol PM, so I can not give credit to this product exclusively. I suffered no adverse reactions on this product.

My dr recommended I buy this for dealing with high morning blood sugar. It helps me sleep and relax and does positively impact my morning blood sugar.
