These Propel electrolyte water drinks are fantastic! The strawberry lemonade flavor is refreshing and not too sweet. Perfect for staying hydrated during workouts or hot days. These strings are hydrating have a nice lemon flavor to them, they are not loaded with sugar which is very nice. I drink these once a day to stay hydrated because I do not drink enough water. I would recommend this product.
