I bought these because I had noticed I was being more ill than usual, and I didn't want to make everyone around me miserable. I just wanted to calm down, mellow out - without going to the doctor and getting put on nerve pills. I'm female and almost 37 years old.... I figure hormones are the culprit. But it could have been the idiot husband, because even with these, I found myself unable to allow his behavior without calling him on stupidity.That being said - we are now separated. Filing for divorce. We've only been married almost 19 years (and together for more than 20), so you can imagine the emotions I have been feeling. I think I've been through them all. But this stuff...... this stuff WORKS. I keep it at work in my little mini fridge, and I take one every morning when I take my vitamins and my prescription medicine. How do I know it works? Because, like I said - I keep it at work. The first weekend after all of this happened, I COULD NOT STOP CRYING. I was a mess. I sobbed all weekend long. Then Monday I went to work and took my daily regimen of pills, including these.... And I realized, halfway through the day, that I had not cried. No tears. Nothing had changed as far as my relationship - the ONLY thing that changed was whether I took this pill or not.My only complaint is the large size of these, and it does have a distinct smell. However, the benefit of taking it overrides that.As other reviews have mentioned, this does change the color of your urine - so do not be alarmed.I only take one in the morning, most days, and it helps me get through the day. There have been a few days I did feel the sadness creeping back in mid-day, so I took another one and was fine.... I don't know what the miracle in this supplement is, but I know that - for me - this stuff works. It keeps my sadness at bay and is helping me cope with the most difficult thing I've experienced in my life - and trust me, I've had difficulties.**DISCLAIMER** I do allow myself to be sad - in the evenings, when I'm home alone. At work, I need to be able to function without tears streaming down my cheeks - for that, I have this.

This works better than I expected! I have been suffering from claustrophobia for years and came across this on Amazon read the reviews and purchased it for a trip that I was going on knowing I was going to have to get in some elevators and it kept me calm the entire time I didn't even think about the elevator when I was inside of it which was amazing. I also gave it to my son when he was taking driver's ed and he was happy because he said he felt so calm and focused he had no jittery feelings in his stomach about the driving course. And now my father takes it and he has extremely bad anxiety for years and been on medication from his doctor but after taking these he was extremely happy I didn't think it was going to work on him since he was on prescriptions but he stopped his prescription and takes these. I've been taking them for 2 years now and I recommend them to all of my clients. When it comes to Nature sunshine I've been taking this brand for almost 18 years

A nice product have not been on it long enough to really tell you what I think of it only been on it a few days and I’m not taking as much as they tell you to take so maybe at another time I can give a better report on this product

This product works! I've been using it for 4+ years now! I take it at night sometimes if I feel anxious and it does calm and help me rest. I've taken it a few times as a sleep aid, which also works nicely (though i have a regular sleep aid supplement that i prefer).

I have used these for around 6/7 years now and they work so well for my anxiety. I find they work fast to reduce the effects of anxiety, they also boost my energy levels a lot! I feel like a different person when I take these compared to when I don't! Cannot recommend more to anyone who is struggling with anxiety! During bad flare ups I have taken 4 a day and this works very effectively so just change the dose to what you feel you need. No negative side effects at all!

These are excellent, you can feel the difference when not taking them. Tried MindCareBALANCE but it just wasn't as good as taking Nutri Calm and Pharmepa RESTORE - 1000 mg pure EPA Omega-3 Oil together.The directions are 3 tablets daily, but 2 were effective. Be aware that if taken at night, B vitamins can be stimulating which may interfere with sleep.I've now ordered these several times and have also ordered a bottle for another family member to try. Those who don't find them effective may find the Pharmepa RESTORE helpful (2 per day). We also use Solgar 500 mg Taurine. The next step is to up our magnesium intake as stress burns through magnesium as well as B vitamins. :-)

A very good friend told me to get these for my Husband and myself we are both just getting over shingles which have very bad and it's bad when you are over sixty and later life and that is very true .As you get the shaky depressed your whole nervous system is out but I tell you what both of us are feeling better slow nut sure and it's thanks to these excellent ,you take 3 a day with food and they help calm you down your nerves calm help you sleep because you itch bad and it's like having pins picking you if you scracth Also helps your mind .it's all natural stuff what is in them worth every penny .I will reccomend them
