I take because my diet is lacking. I don't have an appetite anymore to include all food groups. And, I can't afford the widely publicized name brand supplement.

Not a deal-breaker for everyone, but worth noting if you're strict about ingredient sourcing.Also, the scent when you first open the bottle is strong and not exactly pleasant, though airing it out for a few minutes helps. Didn't thing much of them

These smell good and healthy and did not have any drawback effects for me, and the value seems typical for a product of this type. I did not personally notice any change anytime compared to something like coffee or tea, but your results may differ.
