Since getting more serious about fitness I’ve become much more intentional about feminine hygiene and this product has become a staple. Easy to apply (much like a Tampax) so no learning curve there. Just insert in the evening before bed and wake up feeling fresh, comfortable and more moisturised. It’s genuinely made a difference for day-to-day confidence, especially around rigorous exercise. It comes in a pack of 5 and is a little on the pricier side for the quantity, but the results make it well worth it. Something I’ll keep on hand consistently.
