I freaking love this thing
I freaking love this thing. It fits great. I like to pump up where I feel enough of a stretch and then I lay down flat flat and pump slowly. The tension that gets released is insane. It cracks my necks in a way that feels safe and controlled and it relieves pressure on my upper back. My whole spine just feels incredible when I use this thing. The amount of pressure and weight I carry around all day is just gone. It’s glorious.

Very comfortable and easy to use
It's really soft. I returned another one that scratched my neck with the velcro. This one is easy to use. Not sure if it helps my neck yet but it's very comfortable.

A bit uncomfortable and awkward to put on, but does relieve neck stiffness. Well worth the price.

Instead of Support, It Made It Difficult to Swallow
I bought this to try to help my neck pain. It was no help. Instead of providing support for my neck, and relieving the weight of my head from my neck, it felt like it was choking me. I had a hard time swallowing while it was on. I wasn't able to return it. I would definitely not recommend this product.

This one really works great.
The chin strap makes this very different, but better than the other one I had. That chin strap really helps to keep the "neck device" in place and working.

Easy to use, works great!
Easy to use and blow up. Works great for stretching your cervical spine. You can adjust it however you want. I give it two thumbs up.

Relief from the first use
I am very happy and impressed, because the improvement has been noticeable. From day one my husband started using it, and he has felt much better with his neck pain, since he feels that this device relaxes that entire area. He even takes it to work hahaha. Very good purchase. We love it.

Bien concepto,mala construcción,no recomendable
El concepto está bien y funciona mientras dura,pero la calidad de el material interior que se incha es pésima y se revienta o perforaby pierde aire asiq deja de poder incharse, pedí 1 y se reventó en el tercer uso,reclamé al vendedor y me mandó otro gratis y a pasado lo mismo...no merece la pena
