The voltage on the specification of this air-fryer says 220V, while the actual voltage of the device is 120V. I bought this air-fryer in September, but I only recently started using it (three weeks back), so when I plugged it to the power source and started using it, smoke came out of it and it got burnt because electricity in the UAE is 220V. Amazon is responsible about this misleading information that cost me moe than 1000 Dhs.

I gave this five stars, but that's rounded out from 4.5. We use this for everything, from bagels and toast in the morning to chicken, salmon, and potatoes for dinner in the evening. Breads come out perfectly. There's a bit of a learning curve for everything else, given the range of options. But this is a versatile "air fryer" oven that does a lot quite well with a modest footprint. I'm taking a half star off because I don't find the racks or trays to be of the best quality. Also, when broiling burgers, it's tough to turn them over without things getting messy. I wish there were a more convenient way to do that without the tray tipping over. We've had this for over a year, so I can't attest to the long-term durability. If we had more space, we'd go for the larger, French door version.

I love my Power Airfryer 360. It's very easy to use and doesn't take up a lot of space on my counter. I've had 3 other toaster ovens and this one is by far the best. Would definitely buy again.
