I like this product because it is not coated in sugar or has included sugar like One A Day Vitacraves or Alive Teen Boy with Lutein (for staring at computer screens). Some of those gummies have so much sugar on them and I would try to wipe off the sugar granules. Even other "healthy" vitamins, like the Smarty Pants Teen Guy, my son said that was too sweet even though it wasn't covered in sugar (it has 5 grams of added sugar). And for a teen aged boy to say it's too sweet, then I cross that one off the list. I don't want to keep giving him gummy vitamins so I even tried Rainbow Light Active Health Teen. That one has a lot of healthy things, not a gummy, and not coated in sugar but my son said the aftertaste was like "old pasta water and sadness". So, I gave him this product. There is no aftertaste and no sugar. "No artificial colors or flavors, chemical preservatives, dairy, soy, or gluten." It even has a Fruit & Vegetable blend as well as an Eye Blend to help with staring at computers and devices. My son said he can't really feel a difference from this product vs. the others but because of the above reasons I will be using this product from now on.

Purchased multivitamin for my 14 yr old son as he's an extremely picky eater and needs a good supplement. He likes the product and that there is no aftertaste and is easy to swallow. Not only do I love that it's made with real ingredients but it's tailored for a Teen's needs and not just generic multivitamin! Added bonus is it has specific ingredients to help with eyes which is important since my son loves to play video games and has to be on a computer all day for his school classwork. Just started his 2nd bottle and fully plan to keep purchasing. Highly recommend!

I notice a difference in my teenage daughter since giving her these vitamins. She is coming out of her room more often, she seems happier and more energetic, less grumpy. She doesn't like swallowing pills and gave me trouble at first for a while but now she takes it and swallow it fast with no trouble. I prefer pills like this with the powder because chewable and gummies aren't good at giving you the whole benefits. I like that these vitamins are veggie capsules.

My very active teen boy, has been taking vitamin supplements since he was practically birth. He had been complaining about the metallic taste of his child gummies for a while, so when we introduced these he really liked them. He like that he didn't have to taste anything and could just gulp them down with a nice swig of water or milk. Yes it took a couple times for him to get used to it, but now they disappear with nary a complaint. My boys is a total meat and potatoes kind of caveman, and it takes the eyes of a hawk and the patience of a saint to make sure he eats all his fruits and veges, so vitamin supplements that are derived from non-GMO vegetarian sources give us peace of mind that he's getting all the essential nutrients that a growing boy needs. Since taking these, I've also noticed that he complains less of digestive issues and seems to be a lot more energetic (read: more sunshine, less doom and gloom) in the mornings. Now I have no real complaints and everything I've said is based solely on observationa and subjective reasoning, what I would like to see is periodic 3rd party testing to verify everything that is claimed on the label. But I do understand that such testing is both expensive and cumbersome and that no one else is really doing that. But if they did, I'd bump it up to 5 stars and be willign to pay a premium!
