I know most of us has AAA service, but we all know every time when you trying to use it, you don’t know how long you are going to wait for the service person to show up. Sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes could be hours. When my girlfriend told me about electric car jack, I bought one for myself. I tested it after I received it, it made the job so easy. With a simply bottom push, the car been jacked up. It comes with a pair of gloves that keep our hands clean, no worry about scratch the finger nails. This is something you got to have but wish never use it.

Works great, I’ve lifted several different vehicles with it. Including a suburban, a Ford transit connect 150 that was fully loaded with equipment. As well as a 2024 suburban. The only problem with this Jack is it doesn’t have any options other than the lift point that is permanently attached to it. It’s great if you’re using it on a pinch weld. But when it comes to finding spots on a frame or having to lift from a control arm. It’s a little sketchy, but it does work and I’ve used it in those situations. It lifts rather quickly and is very powerful.

12/09 update: Just to give everyone an update on this. In my previous review I had stated that i was not able to use this on my first use. But because it has pass one month and pass my return period, therefore i was not able to return for a full refund. However, The seller has reach out to me today to give me a full refund even though my return window has passed. What an awesome customer service!!! This definitely show that they care for their customer and take their customer’s opinion a priority and make sure that we are happy. Definitely will buy from them again. Thank you very much for kind action. My previous review: I have bought this 3 month ago and today was my first time taking this out to use it and it doesn’t even work. Since it pass the one month window, im now stuck with this defective item. so disappointed 🙁

I regret buying the Electric Car Jack by ROGTZ. This product is an engineering disaster, and the issues are so glaring that it feels like the design flaw might actually be intentional. The gear mechanism failed on the very first use, and the housing—made of cheap plastic—cracked as soon as I applied pressure. The middle gear pushes against the housing, which isn't strong enough to handle the stress, causing the gear to pop off entirely. It’s as if the product was built to fail, likely to ensure repeat purchases. For something marketed as capable of handling two tons, the construction is laughably inadequate. It’s frustrating and downright dangerous. I can’t recommend this product to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

Easy to use

Nicely packaged, it includes a pair of gloves and a nice storage case, the outside of which has a reflective triangle. It has a D.C. socket plug as well as battery clamps. The wired remote has plenty a length to enable connection to power source and enables the user to stand back while operating the remote. It took approximately a minute or less to raise the front tire 4-6" off the ground and a little less to fully lower it. The motor sounds like it struggles a little, but never waivered in it's task. It was used just a few days ago in a real world situation on the side of the road and performed as expected. Overall, I'd say it was a really good deal and my brother was very satisfied with his Christmas present.

This is a great car jack. Cars don’t cone equipped much these days to fix your own flat tire in case something was to happen. So lately, since I bought myself a car with low profile high performance tires on it… I thought it best that I be well equipped in case something was to happen so I also got myself a tire change/repair kit and then this electric jack. It’s a very cool gizmo. The cord plugs in the cigarette lighter and the cord is definitely long enough to get the job done and then some, the jack itself comes with a few add om tools and thank god… an instruction booklet. It has a nifty handheld remote to make it go up and down and this is a good one… they really did think of everything… in one of my pics… the one where it shows the security triangle on the bottom of the case, I don’t know if you can see but in the center if the triangle there is another triangle that is more black than the rest of the case… that’s a velcro patch so that the jack sits still on the felt/lining of your trunk so that it doesn’t move around all over the place when driving, stopping and making curves… that’s a really good addition that didn’t cost them an arm and a leg but is very useful to us. I recommend this jack hands down. I got a little bit of a deal on mine… there was a coupon on it and then I also used 30$ worth of gift cards I had to help pay for it! Happy with my purchase :) and even though it might just very well sit in my trunk for ever and not come out… I guess that would just mean that it’s a good thing but now I can drive with a little bit more piece of mind while hitting a pot hole or a bump in the road with my run flat tires!!
