Everything arrived as stated and in perfect working order. No missing or broken parts. Reasonable quality on all parts for the price. Some unexpected fine adjustments during assembly necessary, for example the rear wheel bearings needed gentle tapping with hammer to push the bearing inside its case in the rean axle (both sides), otherwise the brake disk would not align with the caliper and the drive chain gear/motor gear would not align. Other than that it was a perfect ready to assemble kit. Also we lubricated the gears, wheels etc which allows now for smooth coasting and quieter drive. Absolute hit with the kids in terms of fun! Suggestion for improvements … dust/sand protector for drive chain maybe also a rubber boot for the tie rod ball joints. Also be more realistic on the distance capable. We can drive realistically 15 miles…no where near 40.

This thing is absolutely awesome!! It’s super solid and I can tell it can take a beating. Upon arrival, it was it a 6 sided wood crate. The seat had a crack and the brake disk was slightly bent. I fixed the brake disk with a set of pliers and the brakes work perfectly. Zyliathor customer service is amazing!! I let them know about the seat and they’re sending a replacement with free shipping! Between the build quality and the experience with customer support, I would give this a 10 star if possible! Literally the only thing that is lacking is the instructions are terrible, but if you’re even moderately mechanically inclined, it’s pretty easy to figure out assembly. I picked this up for my son’s 5th birthday and speed setting 1 seems perfectly safe! He’ll be able to grow into it over time, and when he’s bored with it, it’s super easy to modify by adding a larger battery, more powerful motor and faster sprocket. There’s a few that have clocked 62mph with $650 in Amazon mods!!

Very happy with go cart. Kids love it, has tons of power and speed. The 3 speed settings allow it to be safe for my young child. Looks great and happy with the price. Customer service was very helpful as well when I reached out

A ton of fun! They are so fast. As for the down side, the instructions are not great, you will need to use some of your own tools and common sense. Have some one help you put it together, its a bit daunting.

Incredible Go Kart! Cannot recommend this enough! It was very easy to build (took maybe 2 hours) and the instructions were very clear. I'm 6 foot and fit in it comfortably, but the controls are all in the hands so could easily fit kids. With the shocks it makes for an incredible ride - we took it off road and were FLYING. Quick to charge and all the parts felt very durable.

The go-kart exceeded my expectations in both performance and design. It is significantly faster than anticipated, yet remains stable and easy to control. The size accommodates an adult rider (under 6 foot) while still being intuitive and manageable for a child to operate. Assembly took approximately one hour, and the instructions were clear, well-organized, and easy to follow. I did encounter a minor issue during the initial setup, but the company’s customer service was exceptional. Their communication was prompt and professional, and they resolved the matter quickly and efficiently. Overall, this is a great product backed by a responsive and reliable company. I would highly recommend it.

Been 10 months since I received this cross cart. Took a bit of back and forth with the vendor since they realized that they could not ship LiPo batteries directly to Alaska. Vendor was very responsive to all of my issues and provided replacement parts and alternative shipping quickly and at no added cost to me. The cart if what I had expected. Fun for street and mild off road use. And a good base for upgrading.

Very well built. Showed up 2 weeks ahead of expected arrival time. Arrives in three cardboard boxes, inside two of them were wooden crates to protect during shipping. Comes with necessary tools for assembling. It's going to be a Christmas present for my daughter.
