Dissolves quickly in my morning coffee (Black, organic, unflavored) with quick stir (not sure if the stir is even necessary?) and I don’t notice the taste. If new to this product like me, I might suggest starting with half a scoop at first. My body may have been a little sensitive to it in the beginning. I’ve only been using it for a few weeks now but I will continue to utilize it and am confident that visible results are eminent. This is the only health “additive” I’ve used that is completely undetectable! I add it to my morning coffee and have also had no problems with it bothering my stomach.
