They work great! It's a comfort to have them under all the leak possible appliances, dishwasher, water meter, hot water tank, fridge and under the sinks. And the app works good. No fuss no muss , set it up and get a notification within mins of a sensor being triggered. And let me tell you they are very sensitive to moisture. Even just a mist settling down from above will trigger it and that kind of accuracy is perfect for our needs. The battery life has been excellent, and they work great. The white coloring doesn't let you hide them (a black option for under black appliances would be nice) but overall that's only a visual appearance thing. The icing on top is they are compatible with the same Govee app as our other devices.

practice run with water dripped onto top of these produced a very quick alert. very loud alert and quick response to my phone.size is a bit cumbersome but they will still fit behind a washer and under a tankless water heater with ease

Love it. Even though my alarm is in the floor of my basement and my wifi router is on the main floor, the alarm connects reliably to my wifi. The remote alarm ensures I am made aware of rising water in my sump well, even during the middle of the night while sleeping on the opposite end of the house. Alarm volume is adjustable. This alarm will also send me text and emails when the alarm is activated. Great piece of mind anytime, but especially when traveling.

I could hear water hitting the floor behind my washer but all fittings were dry. Put this behind there and within 1 day we were able to determine there was leak and where, before any damage was done to my hardwood floor just inches from the front of the washer. Put one by my water machine too although too late to save my hardwood in there. Wish I’d bought them sooner. Very good price for the quantity and they are rated to have a very long battery life so I don’t have to worry for literally years.

Works great! My only disappointment is that the temps ensure will not send a text to my phone. I will however get a low temp warning on the app, as well as an email. That's ok, but I w I understand prefer a text. Easy to set up, and support is quick and easy.
