needed a b-complex, im a vegetarian and have issues with eating so i dont get all the nutrients i need. immediately after taking these i felt my energy come back up. tiredness was a huge problem for me bc of lack of vitamins but these make me feel alert which means my body is metabolizing it good. they will turn your urine a highlighter yellow but its not anything except for the color, it doesnt impact you negatively. once you stop taking them it will return to a pale color but as long as you take them it will be a bright yellow so dont be frightened/surprised by that!

This is a great B-complex supplement from a good company. I have used supplements from this company always with good results and at a fair price. As B complex supplements go, this is very well-priced. Also, I appreciate the methylated forms the company uses in their B complex line, as the methylated version is best absorbed by the body.The only thing to be aware of is the niacin content. Niacin can cause a flushing and itching in any part of the body. The reaction is a positive one and is harmless. I gave 4 stars b/c of this possible reaction. Some people are surprised by the flushing and some people welcome it. Some even say that the flushing is a sign of good liver function. Also, I noticed a real uptick in energy when taking this. Can't beat that!

Good product

This B Complex by Life Extension is 5 Star only because I cannot add 5 more stars, that's how amazing it is. I've tried many B complex supplements at doctors' requests due to a variety of symptoms. Life Extension has smoothed out nerves, anxiety, does not smell, has not upset my stomach (& I have IBS!) does not seem to flush out in urine. I have to take it longer than a month to see how it effects sleep. As for value, I would say since I did not find a single other brand of B Complex that could accomplish what Life Extension has, the value is fantastic, highly recommended.

Great supplement , provides me with sustained energy throughout the day with mental clarity and helps avoid brain fog .

This is the one Vitamin B Complex I come back to if I decide to try another brand. I have been taking this particular B Complex for a number of years. Life Extension seem to have high quality vitamins.
