I love the way these look but I have to know how the lights affect the eyes? Are these good for the visually sensitive?

The lights have different setting to stay lit, or blink slow, or blink fast. It's hard for me to say if any of these settings might annoy someone else. While some like myself find these glasses pleasing, someone else might find them to be distracting. So it depends...

Is it possible to get an answer from supplier whether shape and colors are exactly as depicted and described?

I really don't know, because I never contacted the supplier. But the shape is exactly as shown on the picture. Unfortunately the glasses are not really comfortable to wear, since they always slide to the tip of the nose. But they look cool. And they are multi-color in red-blue-green providing 3 different modes - flashing fast, slow and continuous light.
