Quick meal
I was expecting each pouch to be bigger, but that's my fault for not reading the oz. They are so good and make a quick and easy meal! If you like seaweed salad, you'll like these- basically the same texture.

Amazing
It is everything anyone on a diet ever wanted! It is so very filling, so very low cal, so very low carb. It's like a miracle "food" On its own, it has no taste at all. Pan fry it in any sauce and it absorbs the sauce and becomes delicious! There are many great recipes for this. My wife and I eat a very filling and incredibly delicious meal for 175 to 200 calories, depending on the sauce! It is incredible!
