DOCTOR WHO 6794 Thirteenth Sonic Screwdriver Toy, Multi-Colour

This is adorable!! It looks and sounds very accurate to the original. I love that it lights up when you hold it, although that can be a bit touchy. But the sound is awesome! Really rounded out my 13th Doctor cosplay.

I haven't yet seen the newest Doctor's episodes, so I can't comment on how screen-accurate this might be. The screws visible on one side were a bit disappointing. However, the overall awesomeness makes up for it.There are no actual instructions in the package, so I'm not 100% sure how I'm operating the screwdriver. There is a possibly-motion-sensitive feature which lights up the body of it, without the tip glowing, and pressing the button lights up the whole thing, very impressively. By far the brightest of this line of replica sonics to date. I'm very very happy with it. (I should add that this is the less expensive version, apparently, and its features make it well worth the money.)

Getting my kiddos into Doctor Who. My daughter picked 13's sonic, so here we are. Shipped very quickly, however one of the batteries leaked. Replaced the batteries and it works wonderfully! Daughter will love it!

I just received it the other day, and its ultimately 10x better than the Seven one for the US. Fits better in your hand and even fells sturdier. Love how it lights up when you put it in your hand and love the Sonic Sound. It sounds like it was hand made. The spinning crystal from the Seven one is not present but I'm actually ok with that (easier to break). Also love that the handle doesn't twist. Shame though they left a dummy button on top and made the bottom one the working one. feels kinda weird compared to all the other where the bottom was on top.

This is the most screen accurate 13th sonic screwdriver. The other company that makes one looks wood grained, I really didn't like that design. The 1st version from Character Options looked better, but not great. The 2nd version has a darker wash that makes it look better with black in all the little pits, it has frosted panels and emitter which look better lit up and it's brighter. I love that it lights up (the body, not the emitter) when I hold it without pushing a button (it does auto off after about 2 min). Push the button once for the sonic sound, twice for diagnostic sound, three times for flicker.I got version 2 from Toyloko Toys (Amazon seller)

I love my Doctor Who 13th Doctor Sonic Screwdriver! It has real show-type sounds and is fun to play with. If I ever go to a Doctor Who Convention, I’m going as Jodie Whittaker’s 13th Doctor!

Lights worked a little. Sounds did not work. Opened up battery compartment, and batteries were corroded, as well as a couple of the terminals. So disappointed.

As a Christmas present for my son, he likes it a lot because it is more accurate to the show (the other brand's model has wood grain, this is like molten metal, which fits with the story) and seems a lot better made. Also, there are additional sounds and the crystal is more detailed. Overall, a great product for a real fan!
