"Product Dimensions ‏ : ‎ 1.25 x 5 x 5 inches; 11.68 Ounces". It looks like the listing has been changed to include only one cake. When in doubt, don't buy or be ready for a return. I don't remember if I had problems with this order or not. (I would have never paid more than 1.50 per myself).

Q: Is it suitable for finches and juncos?

I don't think the juncos eat it. They are mostly ground feeders, but finches do seem to like it.
