I was initially not sure about what to expect of the quality as is not a brand I am familiar with, but so far the quality of the finish seems very good. Toothbrush is very effective and quieter than my previous Braun.

Not great
The well for the water pick is quite small so requires multiple refills if you want it done properly. Toothbrush doesn’t ‘brush’ it just sort of vibrates. Wish I had saved the box to return.
