Faulty tv gone display gone after 2 days
Received The Tv on 15th May, The Tv worked fine for a couple of days the then it went blank by itself. Called samsung and they changed the display after a week. The new display worked fine for another couple of days and now the tv is switching on and off automatically. I have been given a faulty peice and running around samsung to get my tv repaired and still there is no response from them. I request everyone to think twice before buying samasung tv. Buy lg instead.

From my side I'm telling you Samsung is the best choice.
It's been 3 days from installation All features working well. Picture quality is good and sound very clear but if you want theatrical experience get soundbar. Actually warranty was 2 years is very supportive. I took these product on summer sale with cost of 25K and I'm satisfied with the product at these price. I can review after some months which helps others to decide for taking these product is good or not.

Average TV not very value for money
50 inch uhd tv bought for 38k after card offers - Build quality is really poor. Feels flimsy. - Picture quality is alright but I had to play around with the settings a lot. Default colors, saturation and contrast were really bad. - 4K upscaling is ok for full hd 1080p content but for regular tv/dth it's really average. Had a 43 inch full hd tv earlier and it was much better. - OS is somewhat buggy and lags sometimes but it's not a deal breaker for me. - Sound is flat and avg. Q Symphony works only with certain Samsung speaker when connected via hdmi arc . Overall average TV, doesn't really offer anything over the cheaper tvs like MI, Hisense, etc. Bought this just for brand value but I'm not really sure if this will past any longer than the cheaper ones.
