Easy to Consume; Tastes Good
Never tried any gel energies and currently training for a fitness competition. Tried these for the first time during a practice simulation; impressive! Slips easily into a pocket or sports bra. Easy to open and consume. Tastes just like if you were going to consume a spoonful of honey from the jar. No weird after taste, not gritty. Smooth. I thought it might make me gag but it did not. Sweet and easy to swallow. I took it before going onto the treadmill and found myself not running out of steam midway through my run. Gives that boost without jitteriness or crash.
