I have been using these Midol patches for over a year and cannot imagine going without them now. These discreet patches go right on the outside of your underwear and heat up fairly quickly, giving you all the benefit of a heat pad without the bulk. I also love that the packages are small enough to fit in any size purse and last for eight hours, giving you the comfort you need when you need it. From my own experience, they last about six to seven hours of the eight-hour period. While they work longer, they start losing their effectiveness after this. The size is also perfect for going on my period underwear or normal panties. The heat is also the right amount of warmth, not burning but relieving pain. While they are a little expensive, they are worth it for stopping cramps during my time of the month.

These worked perfectly and relieved any pain or cramping I had. They say they last eight hours, but for me, they lasted longer than that. I would highly recommend these. They are not only for menstrual pain. They can also be used for pain in your stomach due to digestive issues.
