Did not come in glass bottle even though asked if it did and was told yest

The oil itself seems nice. The bottle came wrapped in two plastic bags and I think I understand why. THE FLIPPING LID WAS LOOSE AND EVERYTHING INSIDE THE BAG WAS COATED IN OIL. When I got the bottle out of the bags I tightened the lid almost an entire turn, and used a couple paper towels to clean off the bottle.
