I have been using this for a year or so and have repurchased a few times, it really does help lift plaque and as I smoke it helps with the stains.

Great product! I have the oil pulling version and as someone who doesn’t love the taste of coconut it doesn’t taste too strong. I’ve only used it a handful of times but I can already see the difference. Mouth and teeth feel cleaner and it’s helped remove staining from my teeth making them appear whiter!

Great product. The smell is great. You mouth feels wonderful each time you brush. It helps to remove plaque from your teeth.

I’m giving this a four star because I haven’t used it long enough to know if it’s going to seriously help my gums. I will say I already think it has easy to use every morning not a bad taste. Definitely don’t swallow per directions.
