Im 5'10" 185lbs. Would the medium be a good fit?

I'm 5' 11" and 180-190lbs depending on the week and a medium fits me well, I would place this shirt in a M as being between a M and a L in a regular fit t-shirt. If you carry your weight evenly throughout your chest and torso it will fit well but if you carry more in your midsection than go with the one that does not say "tuckable" as it will be looser around the midsection.
