Okay, I didn’t expect to love this as much as I do 😂 I got the butterfly pea flower powder just to try something different, and now I’m putting it in everything 🥤 tea, lemonade, smoothies, even pancakes once lol. 🥞 The color is amazing!! Bright blue at first, and then it turns purple if you add lemon or lime. It’s like a little science experiment in your cup 😄 Tastes super light (almost no flavor, which is great), and it just makes everything look so pretty.
