Hi, this "aging" former makeup artist is struggling with extremely sensitive eyes. How many matte shades are in this palette?

Is this palate powder or cream? I have dry eye disease and can’t wear powder shadows.

Hello ;) they are powders. Their are soft but they are still powders. If you can't use powders and are looking for creams and clean palettes, the RMS palette has creams eyeshadow. GRESSA, RMS, Rituel de Fille also sell cream based single shadows. Hope this helps.

My palette didn't come with the instructions for the different "looks". Is there a way to find a version online that I could print?

If you look in the customer pictures, some customers have taken pics of the look directions. That's they only way I know of to see them. I didn't get them either.

Are these eyeshadows long-lasting?

Not on my eyes they weren't and I used an eyeshadow primer.
