Hi! I bought this product but it doesn’t work without being connected to the power. It still doesn’t work as mentioned in the description where it says that it can be portable.

I’ve really been enjoying this neck and shoulder massager. It does an excellent job at relieving tension, and I always feel noticeably more relaxed after using it. The design is comfortable, easy to position, and feels great after a long day at a desk or on my feet. The heat and kneading functions work together nicely, and the overall experience is soothing without being overwhelming. The straps make it simple to adjust where I want the pressure, and the massager fits naturally over my shoulders. There are a couple of small things that could be improved, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience — it still delivers a satisfying, calming massage that I look forward to using. If you’re looking for an easy, at-home way to unwind and loosen up tight muscles, this is a great choice.

I had purchased a Comfier Neck Massager a while ago, and it was great. My mother in law tried it when she came over and fell in love, so I gifted it to her. So it was about time I got myself another and this one, just like the last one, did not disappoint! The neck massages feel great, especially after a long day hunched over a table making cuts for my job. It provides great pain relief and the battery lasts plenty for more than just a session. It looks and feels of great quality, and as always, I love the heat option. With the arm straps, I can pull it deeper down for a deeper massage, or loosen it up for a softer touch. Overall, it works great and provides that much needed comfort that I can’t afford to get from an actual masseuse.

Very pleased with this massager. Looking down into my laptop screen and phone all day gives a lot of stress on my neck and this one have almost fixed it entirely. I use it 10 minutes a day and it works like a dream. Very easy to bring with mr and the heat is a really nice extra touch! Would recommend!
