These mix in water so easily you don't need a frother or anything. No clumping. I love the ingredients. I used these while pregnant and now have them on subscribe and save for postpartum for breastfeeding. I think they help my supply maintain a slight oversupply and if I get a headache I'll drink one of these and it helps a ton. The magnesium in it is great!

This is by far the best electrolyte I have ever tasted. It is flavorful and just right, not too salty. The small package dissolves quickly. There are three flavors, and they all taste good; my favorite is the mango.

I love the variety pack! This allows you to try 3 different flavors so you never get tired of one. I also love the flavor and taste of it. Other products can taste overwhelmingly sour. These are light and clean. My favorite is the watermelon and blood orange. They dissolve well in water, making it easier to enjoy on the go. I’ve noticed a huge improvement when I started to implement this into my routine when working outside in the FL heat! Try this and thank me later.

I used these Thorne hydration/electrolyte packets regularly when I was pregnant & continue to use them when breastfeeding and I need a quick hydration boost. They mix easily in water, don’t leave clumps, and the flavors are amazing, especially the blood orange. What I like most: Hydration & electrolyte balance: I notice less fatigue which tells me it’s doing its job. Clean formulation: Zero sugar and minimal ingredients make this feel like a healthier choice compared to energy drinks. Convenient single-serve packets A bit pricey compared to Ultima hydration packets but i feel the benefits of Thorne more. Overall: Great hydration support with a clean, refreshing formula — perfect for workouts, travel, pregnancy, postpartum or everyday hydration. Would recommend if you want something more than plain water but less sugar than typical sports drinks. You can also add sparkling water to them if you want a bubbly but not a soda (

These electrolyte packets are useful, especially for workouts, hot days, travel, mornings when I feel depleted, or any time I need a little extra hydration support. The flavor is pretty good considering that they are zero sugar, and the texture is not unpleasant. That being said, they are surprisingly sweet for a zero-sugar electrolyte powder. The sweetness is not necessarily bad, but it is stronger than I personally prefer, especially if I am trying to drink something primarily for hydration. They dissolve reasonably well, although I usually notice a small amount of powder left at the bottom of the cup. It is not a major issue, but they do not dissolve completely every time. The value for the money is decent, and I can see the convenience of keeping a few packets around for travel or days when I really need them. However, I probably would not repurchase them as an everyday product. For regular hydration, I personally prefer coconut water or simpler options that do not taste as sweet. Overall, they do the job and are useful in a pinch, but they are not something I feel the need to keep stocked consistently.

I mix these in a 30oz Stanley with a lot of ice, so probably 20oz of water. They have more flavor than Ultimate, far less salty taste than LMNT, and not as strong as Saltt. Overall perfectly for me. Pricey, yes, but with this brand, you get what you pay for.

Updating review following impeccable customer service. I was not a fan of the electrolytes (personally these have a very powdery/sugary & salty taste), but once writing to Thorne's distributor, they resolve the issue based on my feedback. I have ordered other products from Thorne, and so far am quite happy. The customer support and instant feedback made a huge difference, and reinstated my confidence in the brand.

I love Thorne products, but these were awful. They tasted like pure salt, and the flavors were off-putting. Sadly, I couldn't return them because of the policy. They went in the trash after trying each of the flavors.
